TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether a Thai Pass or Certificate of Entry (COE) is required for their trip to Thailand, which will last less than 30 days on a visa-exempt basis. A comment indicates that all travelers, including Thai citizens returning, must have a Thai Pass.
