What should I do if I need a certificate of residency in Bangkok without a lease or house book?

Good evening

I need to renew my 2-year driving license. My Embassy doesn't validate addresses unfortunately. I've looked up the requirements to get a certificate of residency in Bangkok:

1. copy of your passport’s photo page

2. copy of your visa (if applicable)

3. copy of your TM6 Departure Card

4. copy of your Receipt of Address Notification

5. copy of your lease/house book with your name and address

6. two passport-size photos

However, I live at my wife's house and I don't have a house book or lease with my name on it. I work, but my work permit also doesn't have my address.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

Kind regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on renewing their driving license in Bangkok, highlighting the challenge of obtaining a certificate of residency due to not having a lease or house book in their name. They have outlined the required documents but are unable to provide a lease or house book as they live at their wife's residence. Suggestions from the community include ensuring proper documentation through the correct office for work permits, applying for a yellow house book and pink Thai ID card, and ensuring the TM30 form is submitted by the user's wife.

4. Is the TM30 that your wife should have filed for you. If she hasn't done it she can do so at immigration using her house book and ID while you are there. That should also cover you for 5.

Apply for a yellow house book and pink thai id card never have those issues again

Just to make sure, you got the requirements for a work permit from the Chamchuri office and not the main office at Chaeng Watthana right? Since you have a work permit you would use that office.
