Dears, I need an advise. I will retire in Thailand at the end of the year. My pension funds (from ICRC in Switzerland) is asking me to provide a prove of residence in Thailand from Thai authority. Would you know which authority in Thailand could provide such document? It may help to know that I own two condos in Thailand (one in Bangkok and one in Pattaya).

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to obtain a proof of residence in Thailand from a Thai authority, as required by their pension funds from Switzerland. The certificate of residency is specifically mentioned; it is noted that for Bangkok residents, a 90-day report is necessary, while for Pattaya residents, the requirement is different. Suggestions include reaching out to a professional familiar with Swiss law to facilitate the process.

Unfortunately this doesn't sound all that Thai VISA advice related. I think you have your answers though.

Robert is correct, in addition (at CW at least) you will need to make sure your current TM 30 matches the address of your last 90 day report

it will be the Certificate of Residency but knowing if you want in Bangkok, you need to have done at least one 90 day report, but not in Pattaya where you can get it after you've done your address registration.

Ask Felix Stöckli at Pattaya - he may organize you the essentials in the right order. And he speaks German and French besides English and is also familiar with the requirements of Swiss law, where the ICRC is based.
