Hello everyone

I’m doing my Evisa on line, have done the profile and activated it and having problems even at the start. I’ve done the first page but second page this happens and won’t let me choose non immigrant visa it just freezes and I can’t even type it in. I’m using an iPad does this sometimes cause the problem! Pulling my hair out. I have a wife in Thailand and want to go there for more than 60days which is what I chose from the multiple choice.

Can anyone advise me please

Thank you in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties applying for a Non-Immigrant O Visa online through the Thai evisa system on an iPad, specifically facing issues on the second page where it freezes and does not allow selection. Community responses suggest multiple options including visiting the nearest Thai embassy, explaining various visa types available (notably only 60-day visas currently being issued), and mentioning additional requirements such as COVID-19 insurance and quarantine procedures for entry. Recommendations include starting over with a new email address for the application process and confirming current visa regulations directly with the embassy due to the changing rules.

They are processing them via evisa, I got mine in just 3days. Try deleting your application and start again.

Are the few visa applications permissable at the moment actually being processed through the dreaded evisa website? Unless someone on here confirms they are, I suggest u phone the embassy or a consulate to check the procedure applicable at this time.

If you're having problems with the web site start again with a new email address. If you selected the wrong visa the first time it won't let you choose anything else

The site drops when trying to upload documents .... off to embassy Monday ....

I applied using firefox

Its usually the phone number fields that give problems ..... any mistake clears the field and you have to re enter
Stuart *********
That was my last option .... or it’s embassy and when they say you need on line they can see how many times I called last week with no reply ....and the amount of email ....

You can only get a 60 day married Visa at the moment from the uk and can be extended when in thailand, they are not giving any other options but you will still have to jump through hoops, book an ASQ, get at covid test 72hrs before flying, covid insurance for $100,000 and and and ..... basically, they dont want us.... but I believe if you are chinese or indian, you can now get a Visa on entry??? Figure that 1 out!

As I am married to a thai but normally have a business visa, I rang the thai embassy last thursday and they told me the easiest way to get back right now is a marriage Visa,,, but they only issue 60 day visa right now which then can be extended for 12 months in thailand.... I am only repeating what the embassy told me!

, your information is almost totally incorrect :( You CAN apply for a 90 day Non-O visa basd on either marriage to a thai OR raising half thai children AND you can apply for permission to get into the country.

News Flash EVERYONE who gets permission to get in carries 100K USD in covid insurance, has a fit to fly cert from a doc, gets a negative covid test 72 hours before they fly, uses a repatriation flight and goes thru the 14 day quarantine at the ASQ facilities. It's not that they don't want you in, it's that they don't want covid to come in WITH you..

I've spoken directly with the thai embassy,,, if you apply for marriage or family visa from the uk... it is a 60 day visa, and then apply for a 1 year when in Thailand... a 90 day is non existent now

@Daren ****
and you are incorrect :( There is no such thing as a 60 day marriage or family visa :( I think you or the person you're talking to is confused. A Non-Immigrant Type O <- (the O means other) visa is issued for marriage, raising kids, etc AND is sold only ONE way in the UK and that is a 90 day single entry visa. When you show up here you get stamped in for 90 days and during that time you then meet the financial requirements to get a year extension OR you can apply for a 60 day visit family extension without proof of funds.

You can fool me about a LOT of things in the glorious "Land 'O Thaiz" but what you're not gonna fool me on is visa stuff. Sorry you're not correct :(

You can get 90 day family visa. You need birtch certificate of your son of if you married certficate of marriage. After for fly the embassy give to you COE certificate vith the number of the fly you came in thsiland. A booking hotel for wuaranteen available in the same day that you arrive. A pcr test 72 hour before you startig fly. And a fit to fly certificate from doctor in your couuntry.applicance you have to ask by email to embassy thay and they vill send you application form. After you do this some me you have to stay close in hotel for wuarantine. Now my 6 days and is very hurt.

Don't suppose you've been reading the news regarding who and how they are letting people in?

I believe you'll need to actually go to your nearest Thai embassy. You'll need COE, covid insurance and will have to book ASQ and other hoops to jump through. You're not getting a visa online.
