Preparing for doing 90 day report in person in Hua Hin. This will be my second 90 day report. The first one was handled by the staff at the first hotel I stayed at and I didn't even need to go to the immigration office. For this second one, I have moved to another hotel and plan to stay here for a year. Other residents of this hotel are saying they just bring a copy of their lease agreement with them for 90 day reporting and no TM30 is required. Does this sound legit? I'm having trouble connecting with the hotel owner to get a copy of the TM30 receipt.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is preparing for their second 90-day report in Hua Hin, having moved to a new hotel for a year. They learned from other residents that they may only need a lease agreement copy for reporting, and they are unsure about the necessity of the TM30 receipt. Comments suggest contacting the immigration office and confirming registration with the hotel, while others recommend doing the report online.

Do it online13 days in advance, much easier. If it's not approved go to Bluport on the day it's due. I moved address/province last month, did my 90 day report online (I now live in Hua Hin) and it was approved in 1 day.

Why do you need to connect with the hotel owner? It's the people who checked you in that should have registered your stay with immigration

It's a very small hotel and the woman who runs the front desk said talk to the owner.

good luck with it

If you can report back, let people know how it went, if they let you file or what was required that'd be great. (y)

all you can do is try,

but

if you're not registered as staying there (the staff should have filed a TM30 online for you when you checked in and printed you a copy of the proof) they might not let you file.

I mean you're out nothing by trying, go over to the immigration office at Bluport Mall with something showing you stay there along with the complete address and see what they do.

They'll either let you apply or turn you away and tell you what you need

Thanks Tod. That's what I'll do.
