I asked at the counter and it was no problem, I handed my documents without departure card and when i got my passport back they stapled a new departure card in 🙂 !! perfect

you should be able to but remember some immigration offices want you to get a police report stating you lost your TM.6 card before they'll give you a new one. I don't know if Samui is like that or not
