So this is what I presume is my first 90 report. Can anyone confirm this and also confirm what I would need for my next 90 report as my tm30 was not registered. But yet immigration did my first report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking confirmation about the requirements for their first 90-day report in Thailand, mentioning that their TM30 was not registered. Comments from the community suggest that they need to bring their passport, the TM30 receipt (if available), a filled TM47 form, and a notification slip regarding the due date for their next report.

that little slip of paper telling you when you file a 90 day report
the TM30 receipt (which you should have somewhere)

show up with the passport, your TM30 receipt (which should be in your passport already) a Filled out TM47 <- 90 day report form and that tiny slip of paper on the right side of your image that says WHEN you're first real 90 day report is due .

The smaller white piece off paper, stapled to your passport explains it all. Notify again 13 Mar 2022.
You need your passport, this piece of paper and I guess Immigration also stapled a Notification of Stay inside your passport
they would NOT have put a receipt for a 90 day report in his passport because that paper means his FIRST real 90 day report is due on the 13th of march
