Hi there. I'm in Bangkok on a single entry tourist visa and soon want to apply for the 30 days extention.

What paperwork do I need to make in order and bring along..and do I need to make an appointment?

Cheers ๐Ÿ™‚.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your single entry tourist visa in Bangkok, you will need to visit the main immigration office located at the government complex Building B (south entrance) on Chaengwattana Road, specifically at Counter J. Itโ€™s also important to check for any upcoming public holidays, as the office will be closed.
