TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your single entry tourist visa in Bangkok, you will need to visit the main immigration office located at the government complex Building B (south entrance) on Chaengwattana Road, specifically at Counter J. It’s also important to check for any upcoming public holidays, as the office will be closed.

Watch the holidays coming up. The office will be closed.

as Stephen pointed out, All the immigration offices in the country are closed this Friday (the 13th) and this coming Monday (the 16th) so you either go today OR on the 17th after they open back up πŸ˜›
