Good evening all, Im going to Thailand for 90 days next year. I've been on the website to extend the 60 days to 90 but having real issues! My question is this, what is the process to get the extension once there, where do you go, what do I need to take and what is the cost. Thanks in anticipation, staying in Jomtiem.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 60-day visa to 90 days while in Jomtien, you need to visit your local immigration office. Bring your passport and the TM30 form from your landlord or hotel. The extension fee is typically around 1900 baht, but some offices may have different requirements, so it's wise to check locally. Generally, you can apply for an extension during the last week of your entry stamp. Arriving early at the immigration office can expedite the process.

2000B for visas,1900B for extensions. Closest geographically is not correct, you go where your TM30 is filed.

You say u had got your E-visa. But if in the uk it's a 90 day one u get before u go ? Most places going to thailand get a 60 day visa free if u dont need more then that no need to get visa

There’s an Immigration office in Jomtien, if you arrive early 8:15am it will be a simple affair- bring all your particulars.

Just go to your local immigration and choose your ticket option (extension) wait for your number on the big screen you will need your tm30 certificate from your landlord/hotel they should take a photo of you and charge you 100 baht ,they will stamp your passport and you pay 1900 baht but as someone said earlier some centres have different requirements but basicly your tm30 and passport should be enough.

You get 60 days on arrival, you can then go to your local immigration office with passport I always have my TM30 in my passport, not sure of the cost if there is one

There is no website to extend. You extend by going to your local immigration office.

In Pattaya for a tourist extension they only allow you to apply during the last week of your entry stamp.

At most other immigration offices you can apply when you have 30 days or less left, and some even allow 45 days or less.

Each immigration office sets their own requirements. Here is a generic list but you may find different requirements at your office.
