What long-term visa options are available for my Chinese wife if she cannot apply as a dependent on the O-X Visa?

Did she not qualify on her on? Much easier, she must have her own money to apply..

OPNo she is not 50 and from what I have read, only 14 countries can apply for O-X , China is not one of them.
