Hi, I am planning to apply for DTV soft power in Hanoi. I am currently under a marriage visa but getting divorced. Has anyone run into any trouble applying for DTV with a history of cancelled Marriage Visa?. Also, as far as bank statements go, I have Bangkok bank and I do have over 500,000 bath for three months. do I need the official 3 months statements when I apply (need to go to a branch to request this) or using bank statement straight from the App is enough?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about applying for a Developing Thailand Visa (DTV) while transitioning from a marriage visa after a divorce. They seek advice on potential issues with their visa application due to their marital history and clarification on the requirements for bank statements, specifically whether electronic statements from a banking app are acceptable or if they must obtain official statements from the bank.

As you need to visit Immigration to cancel your Extension of Stay, make a stop at the bank for the 3 months statement.

You need a current balance from your bank for the last three months, or longer if you have it. Bank statements you get are not accepted.
