Does anyone have a recent copy of the hand out for requirements for Non O extension by marriage from Koh Samui please? I am unable to travel at the moment and Samui is my closest Immigration office and I'm due to apply in November. I have last year's list but I know sometimes they like to change it up

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking an updated list of requirements for a Non O visa extension by marriage at the immigration office in Koh Samui. They are due to apply in November but cannot travel to obtain the latest information. Responses indicate that while specific details for Koh Samui may vary, generally for extensions, one should have updated bank letters, new photographs, and the presence of their spouse during the application process.

From my six years, and extending tomorrow, if you got your extension last year, and hopefully saved all your documents, and didn't move, then all you need is updated bank letters, and new pictures. Also your wife must be with you when you go to immigration concerning your visa extension.
