Hello, I will be in Chiang Mai for 60 days before I apply for the 30 days visa extension. My question is when I apply for the extension, does the passport picture size has to be 4x6cm only or can it be the regular US passport picture size which is 2x2 inches?
Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 30-day visa extension in Chiang Mai, the standard passport photo size required is typically 4x6 cm. However, some sources indicate that a US passport photo size of 2x2 inches may also be acceptable. It is suggested that if you do not have the correct photo size, it is inexpensive to get one taken locally in Thailand, with many photo shops able to provide the correct size for around 120 baht.
