TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received a 30-day extension on April 8 in Chiang Mai and is uncertain if they need to return to the immigration office before the extension expires on July 31. Commenters mention that typically, individuals with an 'under consideration' stamp must follow up with immigration. However, the details can vary, and it's generally recommended to visit the immigration office to ensure compliance.

we went to Chiang Mai immigration on the same day our stamp said. They processed the passport said we were done and the did not add a stamp.

We have been recommending getting the Under Consideration loop closed. Contact Chiang Mai immigration as they have been expecting you to do so as instructed.
