ORIGINAL POSTERI saw a post a guy was asking about Thai visa for Pakistani national from Malaysia. Comments have been turned off so couldnt reply there so here is the answer and process.
Pakistani, Indian and the countries who are in special list can apply Thai visa from Malaysia only if they have any kind of resident permit in Malaysia even if it is student or labour visa such as plantation or construction worker.
Required Documents:
Copy of passport with original
Copy of current visa page
Letter from employer (which states ur job position, duration and salary etc)
Bank statement 3 months (No minimum balance limit but it will be better if its over 4000RM
Confirmed ticket (round trip)
Hotel booking
Fee: I don't remember exactly but its between Rm150 to 200
Processing time: 3 working days
