I would like to know which agencies can help with switching from a DTV (what I have now) to Non-B visa and a work permit (what I want). I know what some other people have paid so if you’re an agency that is going to give me a quote of like ฿50,000 please don’t bother commenting on this post. Let me know, Thanks!
Answer summary
The original poster seeks recommendations for agencies that can assist in transitioning from a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) to a Non-B visa and obtaining a work permit in Thailand, expressing a preference to avoid agencies that charge around ฿50,000 for their services. The comments provide a mix of advice, personal experiences with visa applications, and suggestions to consult the e-visa system or the Thai embassy's website for information on visa requirements and processes.

Apply through the e-visa portal and hope you allowed yourself enough time for it to be processed.

Dave Cooper sound advice. Googling the above question first (instead of posting here) would have brought up the e-visa website link….that’s what I did.

Michael Surber yeah I get a non o spouse every year and the last two years it took several weeks to get. I’m thinking this year I’m just gonna leave enough baht in the bank to get 1 one year and just start extending every year in Thailand

Look for Visa that’s says you will not stay longer than 90 days.

I had the same issue and asked. For some reason, when I clicked on it, it was not showing Non-O above like other people were getting on their sites. Probably because I was using my phone instead of a laptop or desktop computer

Bradley Atkins exactly, that's the one he needs to look for in the E-Visa system, it is the single entry 90-days Non-Imm-O Retirement Visa named as "for stay no longer than 90 days", and this contrary to the fact that you can get the 90 days extended for 12 more months!

It’s not really contrary- the visa is for 90 days only , when in Thailand you have to meet various criteria to be granted an extension of stay , so , although it’s not immediately obvious , this is the route .
