TLDR : Answer Summary
The post details the successful application for a DTV (Soft Power) visa in Hanoi, which was approved within four working days. The applicant submitted various documents including a passport copy, Muay Thai credentials, bank statements, and travel bookings. They recommend hiring an agent to streamline the process, and other users in the comments share their experiences and inquiries about the application timeline and agent services.
i donβt think agent have any control over the application. Rather they just know the best practices to ensure higher and quicker approval chances.
My agent advised on the best country for my situation, he also handled all my documents and submission. All i do is sent him what he required and pay for the application.
That said if you are still interested, i can refer to you.

Thank You for your helpful report π
Congratulations πππ
PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.
That's what you should do... print it out.
You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight βοΈ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.
Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.

Weird, I also applied for soft power, Muay Thai in Hanoi on October 29 and I haven't heard a thing. Also included the same things you did. It just says Processing Pending Approval (1)... Not sure what the (1) is about, as I only applied once. Did you have a ticket back to Thailand at an earlier date than me? Maybe thats why they prioritized your application? I showed them a return ticket to Thailand for November 10.
hey same I do the Friday 31 in Hanoi soft power muy Thai . Monday change to pending approval no ask for more documents .. and now still pending approval
