Hi all, I’m currently in Bangkok on a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) and need to renew my passport here.

For those who have done this: what is the protocol for the visa/entry stamps? Do I need to visit Thai Immigration to officially transfer the stamps to the new passport, or do I just show both the old and new passports when exiting/re-entering the country?

I have sticker DTV in my old passport but I renewed my passport last year. Whenever I came to Thailand, I provided both new and old passports. There is no issue at all.
