What should I expect when arriving in Thailand with a one-year multi-entry type O e-visa letter?

ORIGINAL POSTER
I just received my approved 1 year multi-entry type O e-visa letter.

I assume I am to offer this letter up to the Thai Immigration Officer at the airport upon arrival.

Questions:

1). Then, will the Thai Immigration Officer put a corresponding stamp with the expiration date in my passport?

2). If I leave Thailand and reenter before the expiration date, will Thai Immigration note the increase in the expiration date in my passport? That is, the expiration date on this type of visa still increases to one year beyond the last date of entry, doesn't it?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
Upon arriving in Thailand with your approved multi-entry Type O e-visa letter, you will present this letter to the Thai Immigration Officer. You can expect to receive a stamp in your passport that allows you to stay for 90 days. Each time you leave and re-enter Thailand, you will receive a new 90-day stamp, which does not extend the expiration date of your visa. The last date you can enter Thailand and get your final 90-day stamp will be the expiration date stated on your visa.

On a Non -o multi entry you get stamped in for 90 days you then have to leave Thailand. You then re enter and get another 90 days. The last day you can enter and get your last 90 is the last date stated on the visa

The visa you have gives you permission to stay in Thailand for 90 days, each time you enter Thailand during the validity of your visa.

So when you enter, you will receive a stamp for 90 days. If you leave, the stamp you have is null and void and no longer means anything. When you return you'll receive a new stamp for 90 days. This is how it will work every single time until your visa expires.
