TLDR : Answer Summary
For a Non-O marriage visa extension in Thailand, it is important to know that the first annual extension requires a lump sum of 400,000 baht to be deposited in a Thai bank account for two months prior to applying. After the first year, you may use the monthly deposit method, which involves transferring 40,000 baht each month for a total of 12 months. Many immigration offices do not accept monthly deposits for the first extension and often require proof of employment with a minimum salary. You will need to check with your local immigration office for their specific requirements, and it is crucial to ensure that the necessary funds are deposited well in advance of your visa expiration.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

as long as they aren't putting the funds in for you, which is very dodgy but many do it..though I believe immigration are clamping down on these practices
Go to your local immigration and get the information on 1yr extension.
Get the 400k in your bank.
Then when you are near the end of the 90 day visa, apply for a 60 day visit Thai family extension, giving your money the time to season before the 1yr extension.
This really is the only path available other than maybe the agent route.
most visa agents want nothing to do with marriage extensions

Better get that bank account with 400,000 baht in asap you need 2 months so already you are on overstay so you Better get it sorted, then for the next 12 months need to deposit from an overseas account 40,000 baht each month, if not just leave the 400,000 in the bank, dont spend it.

Does your embassy give income statements? Otherwise you will need to have already made 12 monthly deposits of 65k or 40k
What do you need to do? You need to get 400,000 baht transferred into your Thai bank account. You already missed the requirement to have it in for 2 full months by the time you apply for the extension, which means you're going to have to apply for the 60 day "visiting Thai family" extension in order to have enough time for the 400,000 baht to sit for 2 months.
Many, if not most immigration offices will not accept monthly deposits for a marriage extension. They will only accept proof of your job in Thailand with a salary of 40,000 baht per month or greater.
You need to go to your immigration office and ask them if they accept monthly transfers. If they do, then you can try to set yourself up for NEXT YEAR. As the only proof of monthly transfers that immigration accepts (if they accept it at all in your case) is a 12 month bank statement showing every single month of the previous 12 months you received 40,000 baht or more as an overseas transfer. Miss a month by even a day and you're done.
Monthly transfers can NEVER be used for your first annual extension, and since you are currently on a 90-day non-O visa, this will be your first annual extension, so monthly transfers is not an option to you.
So go to your immigration office, find out if they accept monthly transfers for marriage extensions or only accept proof of payslip for a work permitted job in Thailand, and then plan from there. But you're not getting your extension without proof of bank balance this year.
