Guys, I'm stuck at this point. The embassy requested I resend some incomplete documents, and gave me the steps to follow on the e-visa website, and I can't seem to find what to do on step 3. I'm in urgent need of some help to what to do from there. I'm sharing the list of steps, and a screenshot showing being stuck at step 3.

Please help.

Thank you guys. It's been fixed. But only on computer. On my phone I couldn't do it. Found a YouTube video that shows how to do it.

Use a desktop or laptop, will be easier. Based on what you sent their UI wasn't really made with Mobile's in mind.

Click on all status

Then click on your specific case number which should show “request document”

You should then be bright to a page where you are able to add additional documents.
