What documents should I send to the Thai embassy in London after they requested more information for my visa application?
None of my friends how were accepted was asked for this I am applying through London embassy I sent 3 months statements but now they want this can I have advise what I can send back that will b accepted

The reason your friends weren't asked is probably because they provided the information in advance with the application. These are the typical requirements of a Thai consulate located in a Western country. You would have it easier in Laos. The catch in Laos is that there is a mandatory interview where everyone is invited for an interview. But the interview was very fair and I was able to answer all the questions and I received my visa 10 minutes later.

Do your best to answer the questions posed... it's worth it to get the DTV visa now vs having to reapply elsewhere.

is this not all straightforward stuff that you should be able to provide? these all all stated requirements for the DTV so not sure why you didn't just submit them in the first place with your application. Use Chat GTP to assist you in the letters.

Sadly, London embassy slow and painful with many made up requirements. I.e. there is no requirement by the legal texts to even prove any monthly income transactions ... etc. I would not recommend that embassy. But not that you aready applied, your only option is to send them documents that come close to what they are asking for. Always ideally paired with a cover letter explaining your circumstances and the documents you enclosed.

What London is requesting is required by all embassies. London is not difficult compared to others. Laos requires the 500k to be banked for 3 mths before applying, London only 10 days. Provide docs requested and extremely likely to be approved in London.Frank-Steven ***********

To be honest, many embassies are getting more difficult recently. Also, you can only apply with the embassy in the country where you are currently at. So, for most people that leaves their home country or (if they are already traveling in SEA) neighboring countries of Thailand. Hanoi used to be easy, but now people seem to be leaning more towards Laos - even though in person interviews common there.

From this and other posts there seems to be a general tightening up at some Embassies. You might just have fell foul of this while your pals got their DTV earlier.
