Hi everyone, I'm applying a non-b visa for my boss for the first time and the officer told me that he needs to leave the country and so that I can apply WP.3 and then send the original documents to wherever he wanna apply for non-b. My questions are :

1. where is the easiest place for Australian to do non-b?

1. What is the best post company to send mail (the documents) to (1) country?

1. How long does it take for (1) to approve for non-b visa?

ps. sorry for my English skill in advance and I have tried to research online about these questions and also asked the officer and it didn't seem right, so I wanna ask here again from ppl who might experiences this before. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice on applying for a Non-B visa for their boss, specifically asking about the easiest locations for Australians to apply, the best mail companies for sending documents, and the approval time for the visa. Comments suggest Vientiane, Savannakhet, Penang, and Kuala Lumpur as good locations for applying, with DHL recommended for mail services.

Kuala Lumpur is easy, they are professional, organised and don't appear to make up rules as they go along (at present)

remember though you need an appointment at KL to turn in your application AND to pick up your passport too..

Vientiane, Savannakhet, Penang, etc would all be fine places to apply for the Non-B Visa IF he has all the documentation .

yep, he's gotta be out of the country to get a WP3 receipt <- meaning you applied for a work permit for him.

As far as the best company to post that paperwork to him, that's on you, but DHL would work.

You apply for the Non-B visa in the morning and you pick it up the next afternoon

Does it necessary to tell the actual location of the embassy? like Do I need to tell them where will he apply for? or it doesn't matter?
