Hey, can anyone recommend an e-sim to use whilst in Thailand? ☺️
Answer summary
Users recommend several eSIM options for use in Thailand, including AIS and True as the top choices known for reliable service. Other users have had good experiences with DTAC, while Airalo is suggested for those traveling across Southeast Asia, though it may be pricier and lacks calling features. Promotions for affordable packages like a 10-day 50GB eSIM for $8 were also mentioned.

Airalo is overpriced. Amazed to see people recommending it so often.

AIS. I use a physical SIM, but I can't imagine it working any less good with a eSim.

Airalo is great if one is traveling a lot between countries. If one is staying in Thailand, some of the other options being presented are better. For starters, Airalo doesn't include phone calls. It's also more expensive than the other options. I do love Airalo for it's convenience while bopping around SE Asia though.

I always use a physical sim, just in case the primary phone die, and i have to use the secondary phone.
