SO if i understand correctly have to go to samui to renew my Non B at the immigration with my WPermit .. is this the only requirement
Nope, I say that the Extension of Stay is 1.900 Thb price set by Government and is the same at every Immigration Office inside Thailand.

Let’s say that the 21k are spread around.
Robert *******
And you pay that 21k to your lawyer not to Immigration, this man does not work for free.

In places like samui unless you submit your papers through a lawyer, your set will be rejected everyday with different reasons. Of course it does not cost the official 1900 but 21k (yes, 21k)
Robert *******
After the Extension of Stay, which cost 1.900 Thb is stamped in your passort you apply directly for the re-entry permit. Single Re-Entry is 1.000 Thb, Multiple Re-Entry is 3.800 Thb.
thx a lot for this information .. If i understand correctly ... it s not a multiple entry ... How do we get a re entry permit ?
Mark *******
Side note for the future.... if you decide to leave while on extension of stay you need to get a re-entry permit. If you quit your job or decide to leave permanently, you have to cancel the extension of stay before you leave. Good luck.
thx a lot for your kind help ... Have a beautiful day

If you and your company meet the requirements it works.

Ok great thx a lot ... It works even if i m elmployed by a compagny ?
Robert *******
With your VIsa you get a 90 day period of stay each time you enter the country, than a border run for a new 90 days and at the end a few days abroad for a new Visa. OR you visit Immigration to apply to extend these 90 day period with 1 year, no more border runs and and the end of that year you apply again for a new year. This is called an Extension of Stay.
Sorry to ask .. but i suck in admistration stuff ... Asking for extension of stay is allowing me to work in the copagny of my boss as my WPermit has been renewed last week ?
Robert *******
Why you can not hand over all the copies by yourself in Samui? Why pay a lawyer to carry the papers and walk with you to the office?
Manu *********
Good luck with the immigration in samui, you better ask your lawyer to apply for you (if you meet all of the requirements)
Robert *******
You do not renew your Non B, you apply for an Extension of Stay, you also need company papers, tax ad SSO payments of last 3 months from Thai staff and you. Copie from your passport and some more, best is to visit the Immigration Office and ask for the hand out with requirements, this list is in Thai and English.

The Immigration office is working on a new online application for a Tourist Visa. If you have the Work Permit and the Non Immigrant B visa you can visit Immigration Office and apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay.
Robert *******
Extension of Stay is just to stay, if you like to travel you need to keep this period alive the Re-Entry Permit, Single is 1.000 Thb and Multiple 3.800 Thb.
