TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeks advice on extending their 30-day entry stamp in Thailand. They are considering crossing the border into Cambodia by car to obtain another stamp. Key queries include the cost and required documents for the process, the possibility of obtaining the stamp without an overnight stay, and whether the new stamp will extend their stay by 14 or 30 days. Responses indicate that the user can alternatively visit an immigration office to pay 1900 baht for a 30-day extension without leaving the country, while also noting that re-entering Thailand via land for another stamp is limited to two times per calendar year.
You won't extend anything :/ What you're doing is exiting the country and coming back in to get another 30 day visa exempt stamp. Be advised you can only enter by land on a 30 day visa exempt stamp TWO times in a calendar year.
You could just go to the immigration office, pay 1900baht and get a 30 day extension from them on this stamp too.
