Review of Rayong immigration office 60 days extension for multiple entry Non-O visa based on married to a Thai national

Documents needed :

- passport + signed copy of stamp/visa/Id page

- wife signed copy of id card

- original + signed copy of wedding certificate

- signed copy of TM.30 (printed on internet)

- wife need to be here and they take a picture of us.

That's all

20 minutes in and out

Not sure if it is ok to post that here, but last year I did the same in Siracha and had to visit office 3 times with a full bag of documents

Just to make things clear....the type of visa that you used to enter Thailand with is irrelevant. A sixty day extension based on marriage, with the documents listed above, can be issued on any kind of entry. Usually a copy of the Tabian Baan ( blue book) will be required too.

, remember that 60 day extension is a "visit thai family" extension and can also be issued for having a half thai child too. ;)
