Can I get a 30-day extension on my Non-O visa based on visiting my Thai spouse?

I arrived in BKK end of December on a Non-O eVisa based on visiting Thai spouse and was stamped in until March 29th. I just booked a flight back to the US but it is not until April 24. Is it possible to get a 30 day extension at Changwattana (same extension as you can get when entering on visa exemption)? Or do I need to apply for the 60 day extension based on marriage to a Thai national? Reason I ask, it’s more difficult to arrange for both my wife and I to go together than going myself. Thanks in advance for the info.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about extending their Non-O eVisa, which is valid until March 29, given their flight back to the US is not until April 24. The response clarifies that a 30-day extension is not available for Non-O visas; they must apply for a 60-day extension based on visiting a Thai family member, but this requires the presence of the Thai spouse. Alternatively, they could leave Thailand before the visa expires and re-enter under a visa exemption or another tourist status if eligible.

Unfortunately, there is no 30-day extension available for Non-O entry. You need to apply for a 60-day "Visiting Thai Family" (NOT based on marriage) Extension, but for this, you need to bring your direct Thai family member as a "reason for an extension" anyway.

Otherwise, you need to leave Thailand once within 29 March to enter again on visa-exemtp (if you are eligible for, or another tourist status).

Additional Question: My wife hasn’t registered me online as staying at our condo For the TM30. Will there be any issue at Immigration if she does it today and only show me being registered from today’s date?

, as long as your TM30 is submitted before your application, shouldn't be a problem.
