I have retirement non o visa status and just renewed my 1yr extension.
Plan to move in with my girlfriend who rents a house. What paperwork do I need for immigration purposes? At the moment I have a lease on a condo as my permanent address ,but I will give that up. So for a new tm30 etc. What do I need?
TLDR : Answer Summary
To update your immigration status when moving in with your girlfriend while on a retirement Non-O visa in Thailand, you'll need to ensure that the owner of the accommodation files a TM30 form to register your stay at the new address. If your girlfriend has a long-term lease, she may set up an online account to manage this process and generate the necessary TM30s. Make sure to transition from your current condo lease to your girlfriend's address properly to comply with Thai immigration regulations.
