TLDR : Answer Summary
If your husband, a foreigner, quits his job, the status of your dependent visa will depend on the type of visa he holds. If he is on a visa based on employment, your visa may cease to be valid once his employment ends, usually giving you 24 hours to leave the country unless an extension is granted. If he has a general visa, you can remain in Thailand until the expiration date of that visa.
I would assume the same that will happen to your husband - if he is on a work based Non-B visa: 24 hours to leave the country (7 days for an extra 1,900 baht extension).
Depends if you/he has a visa or has been working using an extension of stay based on employment. If the former then you can stay until the visa entry stamp you got expires. If the latter then his reason to stay and therefore your reason expires the day he stops working.
