Hello, any option to extend the 90 days of a non B visa (30 extra days). I did not get the work permit from the employer yet and the visa expires this thursday. Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Non-B visa cannot be extended by an additional 30 days; it requires a work permit to qualify for a 1-year Extension of Stay based on employment. Therefore, obtaining the work permit is necessary before any extension can be applied.

No, you can only apply for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on working. And having the work permit is one of the requirements. You have to get a new visa, wait till your work permit is handed over to you and than start working.
