TLDR : Answer Summary
If your visa expired on June 3rd and you fly on June 4th, you will be in a minor overstay situation. Overstays of less than 24 hours typically do not incur a fine, and you may receive a stamp in your passport indicating 'overstay less than 24 hours.' However, it's advisable to check in and go through security before your visa's expiration date.

No issue on re entering. The only issue with an overstay stamp is one consulate in Malaysia won’t sell you a tourist visa if you have an overstay stamp and possible issues if you were to apply for an Elite visa in the future.
