What should I do about my visa status if I receive my replacement passport after my Long Stay Multi-Entry Type O visa expires?

Tod i will not get my replacement passport till November 5th. At that time i will be on over stay by 6 days and 7 days late reporting. My long stay multi entry type O expires Oct 30. What are my options when i get my new passport. Thanks
