You can get a 60 day visit family extension at your immgiration office for 1900baht. Usually the required documents are the marriage certificates, your wife's thai i/d, her house book listing, your passport, a filled out application with a photo. You might need to show proof you filed a TM30 (or you might not).
Have your wife call the immigration office that you will use OR go by there to get the complete list of what you need. Either that or just go loaded for bear :O take everything and the kitchen sink and hope you have everything they could ask for :P
