Best E sim for Thailand please
Answer summary
The best eSIM for use in Thailand appears to be AIS, as it is frequently mentioned for its excellent coverage and reliability. Several users recommend getting a SIM from AIS for best performance, especially in urban areas like Bangkok, Hua Hin, Pattaya, and Phuket. Alternatives such as Maya Mobile (which also uses AIS) and HolaFly are suggested, with HolaFly being noted for its effectiveness across multiple countries, although it is more expensive. AirAlo and SimOptions are mentioned for eSIM options with discounts available. Users also advise purchasing a SIM card at local 7/11 stores for convenience upon arrival.

I like having a connection as soon as I get off the plane as well as during connecting flights in other countries...HolaFly worked flawless in 4 countries, a little more pricey though $60 mo

Only AIS and True (who merged ith DTAC) have masts.

All others are mickey mouse that rent bandwitdth from them.

For Bangkok, Hua Hin, Pattaya, Phuket, those "afffordable" may be good enough but go to the provinces or travel between bigger cities and there maybe unreliable reception or not at all.

Iโ€™m in Australia, might be different from country to country but I use my Australian network provider whilst Iโ€™m actually in transit. They give me a $5 a day global roaming option. This way I have internet and data during the stopover in Singapore and immediately when I arrive in Thailand. Once I get to my accommodation in Thailand I go to the nearest
