TLDR : Answer Summary
A user inquired about the meaning of the "letter from condo" required for a retirement visa application at Jomtien immigration. Another user clarified that if you have a rental contract, you need it signed by the landlord in blue ink, along with a copy of the landlord's ID card and blue housebook, which should suffice as documentation.

they always forget to add the simple word "or" between requirements you can choose from. So in case you got a rental contract, you need (everything signed by the landlord in blue ink) a copy of the landlord's ID card and a copy of his blue housebook, and it should be sufficient. . .

thank you for your kind reply. So there are only three documents, copy of : 1) rental agreement 2) landlord Id and 3) household registration, all signed in blue ink. Is that correct?

if you live in a rented accomodation, yes, that's correct for proof of residency. NOTE: You need to have a TM30 registered, in order receive service by Immigration. They won't let you apply for anything, if you haven't been TM30 registered, yet
