TLDR : Answer Summary
The Jomtien Immigration office requires a letter or contract from your condo confirming your stay as part of the TM30 notification process. Although this may not have been required in the past, it is now mandatory to avoid fines and meet immigration regulations. The condo management is responsible for notifying immigration within 24 hours of your arrival, and failure to comply can result in a fine, in addition to needing this documentation for visa extensions.

Unfortunately that you never needed it before isn't going to make a difference to the immigration officers at that location :/ They are hard core about the TM.30 and they won't let you get an extension without having one filed.

Take your lease and go try to do the extension. That's about the only way you're going to find out how it's gonna work there.

As I understand the Condo is responsibility notifying Immigration within 24 hours not the tourist. You can always book into a hotel and they will register you

Ask your landlord to do the TM30 for you then the’ll pay the fine

That aside. In your prevoius post you say your visas don't expire until the 7th September? Jomtien won't do your extensions this early anyway. They will only do it in the last 15 days of your visa and in busy time's won't do it until the last 7 days. You still need to get the TM30 done though.

No problem.

They want you to do the TM30 report. You will need a letter confirming ypur address and a copy of the landlords ID. It should of been done within 24 hours of arriving. Unfortunately, you will now 99.99% need to pay the fine of 1600 baht per person and will need to do the TM30 report before you can get the extension.
