Hi guys ! I wanna apply for the DTV but my only income is from my apartments .. so I own many properties in Italy and I rent the out so I have a monthly income and I pay tax of this income in Italy , but I don’t have any company cause I don’t need it I just rent get money and pay taxes on personal income tax.. so what should I show to apply the visa ? The rent contracts with my customers ? The bank statement ? Or the tax file declaration of my yearly income in Italy ?

You can write up a cover letter explaining that you live off real estate income in Italy, you can attach property registration docs that are in your name, rental agreement and the taxes you file, I suppose that would be suffice for the embassies/consulates.

Some similar DTV applicants have posted similar questions. Search the threads for their posts. They showed how they manage the properties online, rental income detailed etc. applied as self-employed or created own LLC.
