Hi!

I arrived in Chiang Mai, from Australia, without a visa.

I was given a 30 day stamp on entry.

Can I extend this for another 30 days at Promenada?

What documents do I need?

Thanks...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on extending their 30-day entry stamp received upon arriving in Chiang Mai from Australia. They inquire if it's possible to extend their stay for another 30 days at Promenada, and what specific documents are required for the extension. Comments suggest the need for the TM7 form, a 4x6 photo, copies of the passport page, entry stamp, and departure card, along with 1900 baht, and advise that G4T can assist with the process.

Will Immigration provide the TM7 form? Please verify that photo should be 4x6; I thought it should be smaller. Thank you,!

Photo/Copy shop next to immigration at Promenada can supply these. Copies are 2Thb each. Don't know the cost of photos though.

nope, 4x6, it's not a passport photo size and I might be wrong but I think it may require a blue background as well. Why - welcome to TiT, This is Thailand.

Do it yourself so you can better understand how simple it really can be.

TM7 form, 4x6 photo, copies of passport page, entry stamp and departure card and 1900 baht in cash. If you dont want to do it yourself G4T upstairs at Prom can do it for an extra charge.
