I hate to be a pain about this because I'm sure this has been asked before, but where can I find online exactly what documents I need to extend my non-resident O visa? I've been trying to find an answer for over an hour now with no joy. I'm based in Chiangmai.

, but they DO most definitely have a hand out in thai and english as far as the requirements for the various types of extensions. I think it might be down to more that you didn't ask the correct person. I have seen images people posted of it (although I don't have any on my p/c sorry).

I would say go back, be persistent and push it up as high as you can to get the results you want. I am fairly confident you can indeed get that hand out

OR

post on a C/M related F/B group and see if someone else has one and will post it for you..

You're probably not gonna like this information BUT you need to Trudge on over to your local immigration office up in Chiang Mai out by the airport and get the hand out that they have listing all the requirements and documentation needed for the extension you are applying for off that Non-O visa (retirement, marriage to a thai, raising half thai children, volunteering etc)

There is no "one size fits all" list of what you need. There are over 70 immigration offices in the country and they each have their own quirks..

Or post on a f/b page related to where you live (Chiang Mai Expats, etc) and see if anyone there has gotten the hand out recently
