Here's the general hand out listing the requirements likely to be asked for when you get a 30 day extension from a 30 day free stamp or a 60 day tourist visa entry

you can do the extension at either the main office or at satellite office in BluPort Mall, the sheet I attached in the lower comment should be accurate
