Yes I'm aware of this but I have never seen anything about the cha am office itself that is what I am asking

and I suggest you ask your local Thai Immigration office for their list of requirements for the 30 days extension.

There are over 80 offices nationwide.

The list of requirements which I have shared with you is what you can expect to see.

The TM30 is required...you might disagree...but the Thai Immigration offices are now requiring it.
