Hello all πŸ€—

I see that there a lot of information here, but I would like to ask please for the documents needed for a DTV visa as a digital nomad, who works at a company (I mean employee as opposed to freelancer/business owner/else).

Will a work contact agreement (translated) be enough? Or will I need any other documents?

I plan to go to Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) in order to apply online for the visa.

Any information will help.

Thanks a lot in advance πŸ™

Good luck to everyone πŸ€—

TLDR : Answer Summary
For applying for a DTV visa as a digital nomad employed by a company, it's crucial to ensure your work contract explicitly states that you are allowed to work remotely. If it does not, you may require an additional letter from your employer confirming this arrangement. Additionally, providing copies of your invoices from the last three months can serve as proof of professional activity, which may strengthen your application.

I think the most important is to send copy of your invoices of last 3 months, that is a proof of your professional activity. As a owner of my company i did it

If the work contract specifies you can do your work remotely, then there is no extra document needed, if it does not specify, you might need a separate document from your employer specifying you can work remotely.
