A question for all the experienced in the group, the first 180 days of my DTV Muay Thai   visa are about to end, I was planning to fly out and come back because Border Run will cost around 8000 baht, my question is has anyone entered a second time with this visa and been asked to present some kind of documents, money in the bank, registration for a gym?Or did someone ask for an assessment at immigration? What documents do they require? Thanks to all who answered.

I've entered 4 times with a "Muay Thai" DTV and have a belly that doesn't look as though I am a true Nak Muay and they've never checked anything except the visa when I've come in.

Only checks I've had the one time I extended the 180 days in country. Then the local Immigration Office checked everything including my savings, which I do not think have to be maintained but luckily were.

Simon Adams you do, but maybe some of that has been spent. I've not seen a document that says you havr to keep. 500k thb after getting the DTV.

We did last month. We have dtv for freelancer. No questions where ask, only showed the visa and passports. But, we came back via Koh Samui. Which airport are you planning to arrive?

Nadia De Vries op can't even afford a simple visa run for 8000 bahts, or show any statement to immigration, he's definitely not flying via samui.
