TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain a Non-Immigrant O visa in Penang based on your husband's work permit, you will generally need the following documents: a signed marriage certificate, a copy of your husband's work permit, copies of both passports, an application form, and two passport-sized photos. Additionally, it is advised to contact your husband's company for a letter confirming your marriage and support for the visa application. Fees may vary depending on the length of the visa and number of entries.

mentioned in the other post as below.

You need documents from your husband company for application in Penang, too, as mentioned in the check list.

You can apply for the 90 day Non-Immigrant Type O visa based on being married to a foreigner who legally works here as soon as you're married.

Before you go back to the UK I'd get a letter from your husband's company stating it is okay with them that you are issued a 90 day single entry Non-O visa based on being his spouse and apply for it at the thai consulate while you are back in the UK before you come back here.

Then once you're here you'd get stamped in for 90 days and when that burns down to 30 days or less you could apply for a yearly extension that matches your spouses.

You cannot follow his work permit but his Non-B visa. You need a signed copy of marriage certificate, copy of his wp and both passports (incl his visa), your original passport, application form and 2 passport size photos.
