TLDR : Answer Summary
The user received a 60-day Covid-19 extension under an 'Under Consideration' stamp in Nakhon Pathom, with instructions to call back on December 2nd. There are inquiries about necessary documents to bring, specifically in addition to the embassy letter.

Hi, may I ask if what other documents do I need to bring aside from the letter from embassy?

your profile shows you live in Bangkok, SO my question to you US

Do you use the immigration office in Nakhon Pathom?

If not, all the answers to all the questions you just asked will not be all that helpful to you.

Remember there are OVER 70 immigration offices in the country, and they don't' follow the same procedure

can you provide what number they gave you to call on dec 2nd? It looks like they told you to come back Dec 2nd, but I’m not seeing this “hey just give us a call” options from your stamp

That’s what they told me. Give them a call by Dec 2nd, I don’t know if it is a good sign or a bad one but I was told to do so.

I can give you the number in PM, but I don’t see how it would help you anyway.
