TLDR : Answer Summary
For a COVID extension in Thailand, you need to prepare the following documentation: 1) Your passport with copies of the data page, recent visa, recent stamp, and departure card; 2) A TM30 form filed at immigration; 3) Specific forms as required by your local immigration office; 4) A letter from your embassy indicating you cannot return or a printout showing they don’t issue letters; 5) Two passport-sized photos; 6) A fee of 1,900 THB. Note that requirements may vary by immigration office.
