documents but I'm not sure what translation do I need for all those
documents.I will receive a "Certificate of no impediment to marriage "
in my language, which is Lithuanian, with an apostille. Below you will

yes, today I was thinking all day about that and I think I’m going to hire an agency also because of that time limit and my lack of information, and on top of that my country doesn't have an embassy in Thailand. If not secret how much did you pay for all that process?Thank you :)
The Thai Embassy should have a list of certified translation services that are approved by the embassy. The list does not state that if you were previously married, you need to have your divorce documents translated, and certified by a Thai embassy. If either one of you have been divorced previously, you will have to get these documents translated and notarized by an approved translator .You can try to complete the process on your own, but knowing Thailand, there are often difficulties that come up. If this happens, you can then employ an agent to assist you.
You need your original birth certificate from Lithuania. No impediment to marriage is a certificate proving you’re singel and not still married. Capacity to contract marriage is a certificate proving you fulfill formal requirements for marriage, normally just that you’ve passed 18 years who is the normal age limit. Extract from the register of population is just a formal letter proving you’re a Lithuanian citizen from the population register.
marry a thai lady ?? bring her to the khet, and get her to ask them what they need. than bring all the documents, passport, and the cert to say that you can marry etc, plus other documents that are not in thai. To your embassy to get them stamped, than go to the 2nd floor of MFA, to get the shop there to help you translate them into thai and submit to MFA to get stamped. There is a time limit, so make sure you can complete all or the khet will say that the documents are expired. (nightmare, not a happy one.)
Are you in NL now? These docs seem like list for register for marriage certificate in Thailand and not Non O - spouse visa. Who request this list though?
Ticha Karen Kelgnoht yes I’m in NL at the moment I’m waiting for documents. I asked the Thai embassy in the Netherlands what kind of documents I should prepare for marriage in Thailand and what requirements are for that so they only sent that list.
oh I see, you are not even married to a Thai wife yet. . . You must get an apostille from your Lithuanian embassy in Thailand in order to get legally married inside Thailand. And for this you will have to fulfill the requirements of your home country which they have set up for you AND your Thai partner for being able to get married . . Where you are residing at the moment, doesn't cut any ice
