TLDR : Answer Summary
To marry in Thailand, you must translate your divorce documents into Thai. While the Embassy in Lisbon suggested an English translation authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it's important to have the documents officially translated into Thai as the official language in Thailand is Thai. Several commenters confirmed that translating to Thai is necessary when dealing with legal matters in Thailand.
