TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information on the requirements for obtaining a 60-day extension of stay on a Non-O visa, specifically if they need a KK2 certificate and if their Thai spouse must accompany them to the immigration office. Community members clarify that bringing the spouse is generally necessary when the extension is based on marriage, and they provide a detailed list of required documents, emphasizing the need for the wife's ID and the marriage certificate.

If you are trying to get a 60 day extension of stay based on being married to a Thai national at CW, I believe you need the following:

1. Your passport.

2. A copy of your passport's data page, the visa, and the entry stamp.

3. Your wife's ID card

4. A copy of your wife's ID card, front and back

5. Your wife to be present.

6. Your original marriage certificate and a copy of the marriage certificate front and back.

7. Two passport photos

8. A copy of the application form (you can get that at CW for free)

9. 1,900THB for the extension of stay

As a rule you need to bring the "reason" you're getting an extension with you

SO

if you're getting the 60 day visit thai family extension based on marriage to a thai take your thai wife and if you're getting it based on raising half thai children, take the kids.

Right now the immigration office is not all that busy so it's not a danger to take them with you.

Let's try and figure this post out:

1. What's a "Non-ME" visa? Is this a "Multiple Entry non-O visa based on marriage to a Thai national"?

2. What's a KK2? Is this the rose border certificiate?
